1. CUSTOMER SERVICE
You are always welcome to contact our customer service via email: hello@lalarma.com.
2. PAYMENT
Lalarma Copenhagen accepts payment via VISA, Dankort, Mastercard, and MobilePay through the Pensopay portal. All prices are in DKK. No card fees are applied. The amount will be charged to your card only when the item is shipped. We reserve the right for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship to Denmark and abroad, and all products are sent from our warehouse at Fynsvej 65, 5500 Middelfart.
All shipmentsare delivered by GLS with track and trace, allowing both you and us to follow the package and ensure it is not lost during transit. When you choose the parcel shop solution, Lalarma Copenhagen will automatically select the parcel shop closest to your address. We aim to dispatch orders on the same day if they are received before 12:00 PM on weekdays.
Note: EU shipments are charged based on the destination country, and we do not ship to islands.

4. WHEN IS THE AMOUNT CHARGED TO THE CUSTOMER’S CARD?
When you purchase a product on www.lalarma.com, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that the order is not accepted until we double-check that the desired product is in stock. After this, you will receive a final order confirmation with the shipping details. The payment is charged when the product is dispatched.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Products purchased on www.lalarma.com can be returned within 14 days, and you have full right of withdrawal. Additionally, you are entitled to a 2-year warranty under Danish consumer law. If you wish to return your order, please email us at hello@lalarma.com, including your order number and reason for the return.

Note: We do not accept shipments sent by COD and the product must be sent directly to our address. We do not accept parcels sent to a parcel shop.
6. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The following items are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
- Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Goods that become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
- Goods where the seal is broken.
7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PRODUCT
The product must be returned unused and in the same condition as when received. You are responsible for the goods until we receive them, and you must cover return shipping costs if the item is damaged. Shipping costs for returning products are always the responsibility of the buyer. If you wish to exchange an item, the new order will be shipped free of charge. However, this does not apply to sale items.
8. REFUNDS
If you cancel your purchase, you will receive a full refund, provided the product is undamaged. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used at checkout. We may withhold the refund until the returned item is received. Please send an email with your order number and reason for return to hello@lalarma.com.
9. WARRANTY
A 2-year warranty is provided according to Danish consumer law. The warranty covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing. Depending on the specific case, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, or receive a refund or price reduction. The warranty does not cover defects caused by improper handling. You must make a claim within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. Lalarma Copenhagen will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days.
When contacting us, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect
- A photo or video of the defect
- Batch number of the product itself
10. REFUNDS
If a refund is required, please provide your bank details (registration number and account number) so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be safely shared via email, as it is not considered sensitive data and will only be used to process the refund. Please send the details to our customer service at hello@lalarma.com.
11. YOUR RIGHTS
To complete a transaction with us and make a purchase on our website, we require the following information from you:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Information about what you purchased
We handle your personal data with care and only use it to deliver your products and respond to inquiries about your order. This is done in accordance with our privacy policy, which you can read here.
12. COMPLAINTS
We hope everyone is satisfied, but if not, please contact our customer service at hello@lalarma.com. We strive to respond as quickly as possible, ideally within 24 hours. Lalarma Copenhagen operates in accordance with the guidelines and laws set by the Danish Consumer Bureau.
Complaints can be made in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Therefore, you are also entitled to a 2-year warranty under Danish consumer law.

As a customer of Lalarma Copenhagen, you are invited to join our shop with a 10% discount, which you can use on your first purchase when you subscribe to our newsletter.
