1. CUSTOMER SERVICE

2. PAYMENT
Lalarma Copenhagen accepts payment with VISA, Dankort, Mastercard, and MobilePay through the Pensopay portal. All amounts are in DKK. We do not charge card fees. The amount will only be charged to your card when the product is shipped. We reserve the right for pricing errors and out-of-stock/discontinued items.
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We only ship within Denmark, and all our products are sent from our warehouse at Fynsvej 65, 5500 Middelfart C. If you wish for delivery outside Denmark, please contact us via email: hello@lalarma.com.
All shipping within Denmark and abroad will be handled by GLS with track and trace. This allows the customer and us, as the sender, to track the package to ensure it is not lost during shipping. If you choose the parcel shop delivery option, Lalarma Copenhagen will select the parcel shop closest to your residence. We strive to ship orders placed before 12 PM on the same weekday.

*For B2B orders, shipping costs will vary depending on quantity and weight. This will be added to the retailer's order after it has been placed in our B2B webshop.
4. WHEN WILL THE AMOUNT BE CHARGED FROM THE CUSTOMER'S CARD?
When you purchase a product on www.lalarma.com, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that the order is not accepted until we have double-checked that the desired product is in stock. After this, you will receive a final order confirmation when the shipment is dispatched. The payment will be charged once the item is shipped.
*For B2B customers, an invoice or payment link will be sent after the retailer places an order. Lalarma / Njord Collect Aps will approve the order and send it to the specified business address.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Products purchased on www.lalarma.com can be returned within 14 days, and as a customer, you have full right of withdrawal. Additionally, you have a 2-year full warranty under the Purchase Act. If you wish to return your order, please send an email to hello@lalarma.com, including the order number and the reason for return.

*Note that COD (Cash on Delivery) shipments will not be accepted.
6. THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY TO:
The following types of goods are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
- Items made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Goods that, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other goods upon delivery.
- Goods where the seal has been broken.
7. RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PRODUCT
The product must be returned unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that you are responsible for the goods until we receive them and must cover the return costs if the item is damaged. Shipping costs for returning goods are always your responsibility as the buyer. If you wish to exchange for another item, the new order will be shipped free of charge. However, this does not apply to sale items.
8. REFUNDS
If you regret your purchase, you will, of course, receive the full amount of the product back to your card, provided the product is not damaged. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used during checkout. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product. Please send an email indicating that you wish to return the order, including the order number and reason, to hello@lalarma.com.
9. WARRANTY
A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in materials and/or manufacturing. Depending on the situation, you may have the item repaired, replaced, receive a refund, or a price reduction. The warranty does not cover errors or damage caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must make a claim within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. Lalarma Copenhagen will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within the first 14 days.
When contacting us, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect
- A photo of the defect
10. REFUND
If a refund is required, please provide your bank account details (account number and sort code) so the agreed amount can be transferred. These details can be provided without risk via email or another electronic form, as they are not sensitive information and will only be used to process the refund. Please send to our customer service: hello@lalarma.com.
11. YOUR RIGHTS
To complete a transaction with us and make a purchase on our website, we need the following information from you:
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email address
- Information about what you purchased
We handle your personal data with care and for the sole purpose of delivering your product and handling inquiries related to your purchase. The processing is done according to the rules in our privacy policy for Lalarma Copenhagen. 12. COMPLAINTS
We hope everyone is satisfied, but if not, please contact our customer service via email at hello@lalarma.com. We strive to respond as quickly as possible, ideally within 24 hours. Lalarma Copenhagen operates in accordance with the guidelines and laws set by the Danish Consumer Agency.
Complaints can be made in accordance with the rules in the Sale of Goods Act. You are therefore also entitled to a 2-year warranty under the Purchase Act.
13. NEWSLETTER / LALARMA KIDS CLUB
As a customer of Lalarma Copenhagen, we welcome you to the shop with a 10% discount, which you can use on your first purchase when you sign up for our newsletter. All you need to do is sign up through the pop-up window on the homepage. Shortly after signing up, you will receive a discount code, which can be used on your first purchase with us.
14. BECOME A LALARMA B2B RETAILER
As a B2B customer of Lalarma, different shipping rates apply depending on weight and quantity. When you register as a B2B customer with Lalarma, you must send an email to hello@lalarma.com, and we will open your B2B account. From there, you can place and reorder whenever it suits you.
