Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship from Denmark, and all of our products are dispatched from our warehouse at Fynsvej 65, 5500 Middelfart C. 

All shipments within Denmark and abroad are handled by GLS, complete with track and trace services. This allows both the customer and us, as the sender, to monitor the package, ensuring it doesn't get lost during transit. When selecting the parcel shop option, Lalarma Copenhagen will choose the shop closest to your residence. We aim to dispatch orders before 12 PM on weekdays.

EU charges are based on the applicable country, and we do not ship to islands.

RETURNS

If the purchase was made directly with us:
Please send us your proof of purchase, order number, and a video showing the issue as documentation for your claim. We will promptly assist you with an exchange or repair in accordance with our warranty policy.

 

If the purchase was made through a retailer:
We kindly ask you to contact the retailer directly to handle your claim. They will follow their own warranty and support procedures to ensure the issue is resolved.

 

Return Policy:
We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the day you receive the product. To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:

 

Return to our warehouse
The item must be returned to the following address:
Fynsvej 65, 5500 Middelfart, Denmark

The return is at your own expense, and you can choose the carrier that suits you best. Please note that the package must be sent directly to the address – unfortunately, we cannot accept packages sent to parcel lockers or post offices. For your own safety, we recommend sending the package with tracking.

 

Conditions for Returns
To receive a full refund, the item must meet the following requirements:

  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The item must show no signs of wear, damage, stains, or external odors.
  • If the item is clothing, the tags must still be attached.
  • If the item is delivered in a box, the return label must not be applied directly to the box – it must be wrapped separately.

To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please include:

  • A copy of your order confirmation or invoice.

Once we have received and inspected the item, we will refund the amount or contact you if additional information is needed.
